Bella and Duke

After experiencing rapid growth, Bella & Duke sought to expand their office space to accommodate more staff and integrate health and well-being into the heart of their new workplace. To achieve the UK’s most pet-friendly office, they needed a functional, fun, and interactive space for staff, visitors, and pets.

Focusing on health, well-being, and comfort for staff and pets, Space Solutions collaborated with the Bella & Duke team to bring their aspirations to life. The premises has a general tea prep area and a full cooking suite to enable food demonstrations and for staff to prepare meals. Bordered by an open-plan breakout space with plenty of natural light, this makes for a comfortable setting for collaboration and agile working.

Lime Mechanical & Electrical was excited to be selected for such an innovative project. We were responsible for the full fit out, including lighting and power throughout the expanded offices. Understandably, all eyes were on this project that embraced a modern approach to workplace design that is highly focused on the staff experience, well-being, and even that of their pets. So, attention to detail and utilisation of premium products was vital in delivering what is proving to be a stunning result.
