Earl Grey Building – Dundee

The Earl Grey Building is a Grade ‘A’ office and retail/restaurant development spanning six storeys, situated on the waterfront of Dundee overlooking the V&A museum.

The objective for the client was to deliver the project to a high-quality finish that reflected the contemporary building in ‘Scotland’s New Capital of Cool’. With this in mind, MPACT created a space encapsulating the city’s essence.

Working closely with the client, MPACT created an innovative, contemporary space that reflects the client’s aspirations.

Lime Mechanical & Electrical was responsible for the full fit out, including all lighting, power and decorative lighting throughout all six floors. Because of the Grad ‘A’ listing, we had to respect the integrity of the building and ensure all electrical work was carried out to the highest possible standard. We were delighted with the outcome of this project and are proud to have been involved in creating such a magnificent result in this waterfront location.
